You can do a lot with this much time. Chosing 20 weeks is great! Gives you plenty of time to cut weight and keep your mass you've put on.
Cycles:
Test Prop 100/ Tren 100/ Masteron 100 - EOD
That is a basic contest cutter. Maybe throw in some Var or oral winny, but that's about it. You never want to use more then 3-4 compounds.
Since you are 20 weeks out, i'd say wait till....about 14-12 weeks out before starting this cycle. Go to a trainer and have your bodyfat measured to make sure. I'm on a 16 week diet for my comp, i've been on Tren/Prop/Master + switching Var and winny, and i've been losing about 1-1.5% BF weekly, while still putting on quality mass with my clean clean diet.
Since you will be 20 weeks out don't start so hard with diet and cardio. Deff clean up your diet and start doing cardio 3x week, but nothing to extreme. 20 weeks is a long time. Start timing your meals ever 2hrs 30min -3 hours apart. I would start a cycling clen now, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. When your on your 2 weeks off, replace that will a ECA stack. T3 is a personal choice.
1 week out you should try taking some anti-e's to get rid of water, i'm not sure about what to take, i still have ot play with this. Also, taking 100mg's of Var the day before and the day of the show is a good idea i was told. To harden you up and bring out those veins.
Start working on your tan, as i do...i tan about EOD naked to make sure i don't have tan lines.
