i was reading abt steroids on the internet and i came across this e-book which was on sale.
i dnt remeber the name or the writer of the book, but, in the preview, i read tht pros have a special technique which is called "rebounding"..this means , after the pros come off a cycle, they use this technique to rebound with even more sterbghth and muscle gains than when they were on.
does any1 knw wht this is abt? cd irt be th the writer was talking abt "bridging"? is this technique really for real ,if so, wht is it???any inputs are appreciated. |
