i was reading abt steroids on the internet and i came across this e-book which was on sale.
i dnt remeber the name or the writer of the book, but, in the preview, i read tht pros have a special technique which is called "rebounding"..this means , after the pros come off a cycle, they use this technique to rebound with even more sterbghth and muscle gains than when they were on.

does any1 knw wht this is abt? cd irt be th the writer was talking abt "bridging"? is this technique really for real ,if so, wht is it???any inputs are appreciated.

I would never buy those e-books, total rip off. Get on Limewire and search for it.

Usually when they refer to "rebounding" they are talking about recovering their natty test production. Correct me if i'm wrong anyone.

Bridging is used inbetween cycles. This will cause serious suppression of your HPTA and will make it a little harder to cover when you come completely off gear. People usually bridge with Test E 250mg/week, Var, Primo, etc...

yes, i heard primo is a fvt for bridging.
but, im still curious and i dnt think the writer was talking abt PCT and/or HCG ..
i dunno, u guys knw a lot more than i do, but, maybe there is really smthng to it?????

If there where such a thing everyone would be using it. There is no magical way to rebound your HPTA but to come off gear and do proper PCT.

There a ways i have read and heard about people using AAS during there pct to keep there gains. People who have taken for example d-bol @20mg p/d during their pct, say they keep almost all of there gains but yet again the whole point of pct is to regain your natural testosterone and give your body a brake from steroids. An excellent pct with diet and training technique to reduce catabolism you will be able to keep almost all your gains i believe but in todays world ...people and there fantasies....

hmmmm....i agree. it seems theres only one sure-shot way of bringing ur HPTA levels to normal..and tht is stay clean for some time after a cycle.
using AAS after a cycle to keep their gains wether mild or strong,does not quite make sense to me and neither does it seem the safe way to go..
anyway, thnks a lot for clearing th up,brothers.

exactly, it's all about Proper PCT, Diet, and training durring and after pct.

Well bro for all I know, is very simple the real freaks and professional bodybuilders they basically donīt stop taking roids and pct for them is like once a year max since the continued use they have serious issues. I am friends from a couple os pros and i tell you it is some serious **** donīt think i would want to put my body in such a risk. We amateurs and recreational bodybuilders do it the safer way 2-3 cycles a year ...the pros cycle all year round. With 2 cycles or maximum 3 cycles you can mantain a very great shape.
