How do I know what size? Does it matter, I need it for 500mg plus of Test E a week. They all come in boxes of 50+.

Does it matter? There all basically the same price for 50.

you need 21G needles for oil based, which is with, normally a green tagged base...the plunger obviously get one that can hold 5ml.
make sure you use 2 pins per injection, 1 to draw the fluid & another to pin yourself with

Depends on the oil the test e is in. As LBJ said go with a 20g to draw, and replace with a 23g and inject. It's always good to change needles after you poke it once. You don't want scar tissue.

Buy, 3-5cc syringes and a 2 boxes(20g and 23g) of needles seperate.

Do you only have those above to chose from? Try to get 1 inch needles. You need at least that to inject oils properly.

Size of syringe shouldn't matter, smaller you go it saves you money.

Umm...sorta. Syringes use the unit measurement CC. 1cc = 1ml
