what does pct stand for and all I know about it is it helps you produce natural test when coming off a cycle. I dont know whether to use clomid or nolva whats better? and if I am already using nolva ed with cycle do I just continue using. need help

Yeah, a PCT matters if you want your dick to work and keep the gains you have from the steroids. as far as what to use, when to use it, and how to use it, i have no knowledge on.
