PCT help

As you can see in my signature I'm doing HCG & nolva as PCT. Now according to information in here, I have to inject HCG 5 weeks starting last shot sust (because of the halflife of sust). Is my PCT correct???

10-13 2500IU HCG E5D
13-16 20mg nolva

OR

10-15 2500IU HCG E5D
15-18 20mg nolva

5 weeks? the longest ester in sust is 15 days as i remember(decanoate)

oh year... my bad. Was thinking 21 days. 1 month of HCG usage then?
