wat are the results u can expect from igf-1 strengh wise and size wise......what are the side effects and how much is the normal dosage opf igf-1
btw im 16 and just searching...
help would be appreciated

read the sticky above for some good igf info.

Strength - none
Size - Good pumps
Doese: start with 20mcg's upon waking and 20mcg's PWO Bi-laterally. Make sure to bring a carb shake w/ protein to the gym to prevent you from going hypo. 50g protein/80+ carbs should be good.

You should read up on this subject before injecting. This isn't gear. Using IGF helps create new muscle cells. Making you bigger in the long run.

but 16 is too young, taking anything although igf will be better at 16 than AAS' will...i suggest you wait if you were thinking of pinning

IGF is still new, and people are still testing this stuff out. I didn't read the part of you being 16. You haven't reached your genetic peak yet so DON'T! You’re no where near your max size you get naturally.

So for what sides you will get from using at your young age, i don't know. I know it's tempting to use it this young and early in the game, but you should be concentrating on your nutrition and training. If you’re 16 and not gaining, then you need to re-evaluate things.

yeah if you're not growing when your young, it's because you're doing something wrong and drugs are not the answer. IGF can lead to organ growth and distended bellies.

yhea 16yrs is way to young eat lots of protien and workout hard lots of cals
