Hey everbody.

I'm in the end of my cycle and last week some akne appeard on my back now I'm the last week of my cycle..

What are som good edvices can you give me that will get me rid of this akne thing as quick as possible?

Will the clomid in my PCT will help or it doesnt have anything to do with that?

PS: I have never had akne in my life even as a teenager...also the akne is not "that bad" it some red spots in my lower back and less on my schoulders and upper back has very few.

pantothenic acid reduces the oils in ur skin so u produce less spots it worked for me but u need to take quite alot.

clomid wont do anything for acne...if it isnt that bad, DONT WORRY BOUT IT...

neutrogena facial cleansing soap bar works great for problem spots, if it isnt that bad as said by lil big tho, dont worry about it...it'll go away as soon as your cycles through tho. no worries...vitamin b6 also works as said above too

Yeah tanning is really good for acne problems. I had acne in high school and every time I would go to the beach my face would clear up real well in the following week. A combination of the UV rays and the salt water I think.

B6 helped me alot but also a friend introduced me to accutane which worked well, but can be a bit of a bitch to get hold of. . . .
