Nolva Help.....

well I am trying to treat Gyno from an earlier time....I have Nolva.

Any suggs on the best way to treat this?

so your trying to reverse the gyno you have now? If so, why do you have nolva? You need Letrozole. Read up on it, not sure about a good dose, I took it while on cycle and it killed my sex drive.

Nolva is a SERM. It binds to the estrogen receptors preventing further estrogen from reaching the receptors and causing gyno.

Since it killed my libido I read up a lot about it. If you do take Lethro, run it with Clomid. The Clomid helped my libido rebound from rock bottom. Clomid @ 50mg/day should be good. Rocco or LBJ would be the ones to ask on lethro dose.

letro is a medication used for menopausal women with breast cancer...

dosages are at 2.5mg once daily...if u do what zombi already covered u should be fine...
clomid 50mg ED
letrozole 2.5mg ED
if this doesn't work to your liking, u have surgery...hopefully this will be enough, depending on how bad it is

Letro kills your sex drive becuase it lowers estrogen too far. It's also bad in the lipids. I'd seek a physician.

I had gyno surgery, and it is not fun, but in real cases so long after the fact, it is the only option. Mine was not AAS related btw.

Thanks for the feedback.....I might try the letrozole and clomid.

Will it hurt my sex drive even when I use the Clomid with the letro?

yes, but clomid will help that little bit more...50mg ED should help over come that

I looked where I get my gear and I didnt see Letrozole.....

Is there anything else that it might be called?

This is from a different forum.....What do yall think about it?

"You can run Nolva at 60mg on day 1-3 then you drop down to 40mg for the rest of week 1 and 2 then 20mg week 3 and 4. At that Nolva dose, I would also be running an AI like Anastrozole or Letro at a low dose. If nothing has changed by week 4 then it is not going to work."
