when i was juicing most of my gear came from thailand & greece...it wasnt that hard sending it over to the uk...
& why would u want to pin your chest??? i hope your not into synthol!*!*!*!
u have glutes, delts, quads, traps, lats...etc to choose from...why chest
u need to have a decent sized chest to take a pop there...ive never pinned in them muscles, so i wouldnt know how much it hurts...i would imagine, ALOT of discomfort
