okay well i'm new to the game never taken any AS. i have been working out since i was about 12 years old currently 24 so i know my way around the gym fairly well. currently i'm off of training because i tore my acl and just had it repair. during my serious training face i have managed to hit 180 naturally with about 11% bf. i'm 5'5" so thats in my opinion not bad for someone this small.

i plan on going back into the gym getting my stuff together and with in 2 months time of me being back hit my first cycle of juice. this is what i'm thinking let me know what you think and where i can make changes

dbol 25mg/daily for 3 weeks (just to get that kick)
deca 300mg for 10 weeks
test 400mg for 10 weeks

and of course my pct i haven't done enough research to really say what i'm going to go post but if you have any ideas let me know

i actually havent picked anything up yet. i wanted sustonon but i keep hearing their is a lot of fake shit out their so i'm probably going to get enanthate or cyionate. so how long would you run dbol for?

id leave the deca & dbol alone as its your 1st cycle...

do test enanthate & run it for 12 weeks at 300mg a week followed by clomid for pct for the final 2 weeks

but if ever u wanna run a dbol cycle\stack run it for 6 weeks
