Agree, With the satck your on you should be bulking. Period. Cardio while on is fine. It's actually a good idea on any cycle. Take your bodyweight, multiply it by 17 or 18 and that's the amount of calories you ned to eat to bulk. Of course 1.5 times your bodyweight in grams of protein per day and talk to us in 12 weeks.
