Pick 1 or 2 and provide feedback if you have some....

Cycle #1:
wk 1-4 dbol @ 50mg ed
wk 1-6 proviron @ 50mg ed
wk 1-8 tren e @ 625mg/wk
wk 1-8 var @ 100mg ed
wk 1-10 sus @ 350mg/wk
wk 1-10 EQ @ 800mg/wk
wk 7-12 winstrol @ 50mg ed

Cycle #2:
wk 1-4 dbol @ 50mg ed
wk 1-8 var @ 100mg ed
wk 1-10 proviron @ 25mg ed
wk 1-10 deca @ 300mg/wk
wk 1-10 primo @ 500mg/wk
wk 1-10 sus @ 350mg/wk
wk 1-10 EQ @ 800mg/wk

Compoundfs are basically the same except for cycle 1 using tren e and cycle 2 using primo and deca.

I want no bloat and muscle hardness which makes me lean towards cycle 1. I never used Primo though, so I am depending on you bros to help me decide this run. I am off now and plan on starting this cycle June 1st for summer. Going after the underwear model look!!!

was also thinking just run sus/eq/var/proviron....

sus 350mg / wk
eq 800mg / wk
var 100mg ed
prov 50mg ed

for 10 weeks....

I am currently at 9% bf at 230lbs, 6'3"

if you don't have arimidex in there for an anti e the DBol might make you you puff up like a balloon. So it depends on when you want to look like the underwear model. A good test ane eq will do you well like the last cycle you posted, but I would up the test and maybe bring down the eq. If you want to do it really well throw some gh in there and you will find your self beating chicks off with a stick in about 2 months with the right diet that is. More than gear the diet is what will do it for you. From your pic you are not to far off. Remember if you drop your bf really low a lot of girls think its knid of gross so realize what you are doing it for

I decided to run:

wk 1-10 Test E @ 500mg/wk
wk 1-10 EQ @ 800mg/wk
wk 1-10 var @ 100mg ed
wk 1-10 Proviron @ 100mg ed

no tren, no primo, no masteron.

good luck that will be a great cycle, remember to not cut calories too much. I think if you are running this cycle you are not a novince and know that but I have sometimes regretted trying to drop too much too fast just to get there quickly and then having to work that much harder to get back just becasue I would get nervous about the timetable I would put myself on.
