PCT- I am still not sure what to take, although I think my friend did say he started taking clomid 2 weeks after Test E as part of his PCT. What would be a good PCT for this first kind of small cycle?
Yes my training partner said his diet wasn't great because he was trying to gain as much mass as possible, so he was eating lots of subs a week. But he did take in a lot of protein. My diet right now is shotty because I moved and have not been able to get everything back on track. Although I used to have very good eating habits and ate 7-8 meals a day.
So I was wondering since my friend said my appettite will increase I will be eating more. How much protein/carbs/fats should I be eating? I weigh roughly 207 lbs. and am looking for strentht and mass increase but I will also be doing cardio upwards of 4x a week so I won't become too bloated. Would this suffice...
300g protein a day (Mostly from meals, very few shakes)
450g carbs a day mostly complex (except after w/o)
40g mostly unsaturated and
flax oil fats a day
