My buddy approached me this weekend and told me he had been taking Sutanon for about two weeks. His shoulders and butt cheek were still red and swollen.I've advised him to stop.
I got an amp from him and checked it out. It is Sustonan 250 by Organon Nile Co, its seems legit from pictures and other posts I've read.
My question is whether it could be a reaction to the Sustanon and is it likely to just go away with time?

It should go away with time. It may be dirty, it could be a number of things. I have heard of people heating their amps up in a bowl of water in the microwave to kill bacteria but have never used this method myself. Tell him to get a warm wash cloth and massage the lumps. Always use heat to dispurse the oil, never cold as it would only cause it to harden more.

Is he wiping the injection areas with an alcohol swab pre-injection....is he aspirating the syringe...is there an expiration date on the sust (there should be if its real)...its most likely not the gear but rather the injection procedure or the individuals physiological reaction to the type of gear....

You pointed out some great tips. However, I have injected plenty of times w/out wiping with alcohol (not reccomending this method) and never had any problems. I would look towards the gear as the problem or the individuals reaction. It being sust he could be reacting to the prop. Plenty of people shy away from prop due to it's affects on them. Just be safe and sterile and try a different test for your next cycle and see if your friend reacts the same way.

I had some gear with too much BA that would cause sorness, heat and swelling. If I cut it with some other gear and inj there would be no problem.

Great point bro. B12 is great for cutting gear. If that does not work dexamethasone(sp) is great.

I dont understand why people opt for sust in the first place....sust sucks.....stick with the single esters IMO...

I like sust but you have to inj minimum 3x per week.
