Hey guys... needed some advice :)

Been training on and off for about 7 yrs now and was thinking about trying a cycle of sust for the first time.

my questions:

for my cycle:

wk 1-10: sust250 x2/wk ( Mon/Thurs )
wk 12+ : nolv 20mg/day

wanted to keep things simple, but I'm not sure the PCT is sufficient. Thoughts?

Also, I don't exactly have a decent source for the stuff itself. And by decent I mean the guy will most likely charge me a ridiculous price. Anyone have any thoughts on the online suppliers? eg. Sport-pharma.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How old are you? Can you give us a little information about yourself? I believe that a test only cycle is a sufficient first cycle. I would also suggest that you run some sort of anti-e throughout the cycle and then run a proper PCT following your cycle. You will definitely need some clomid in there. Do a search for PCT and read up a little.

I agree with bulldog. Aromasin would be my choice for an AI.

YOu need to inject MWF with sust.

To give a little background on myself, I'll be 26 in June, 5'11", 230lbs.

I'll probably be running HCG 250ui 2/wk with the cycle; forgot to include it about. (lack of proof reading ftl)


M/W/F for Sust means I stick with 500/wk or bump to 750 for the sake of simplicity?

If I'm running Arom as my AI, is 25mg/day starting in wk 2 good? and does it stop once I stop HCG?

Also, I have been reading a lot of conflicting results from a Clomid/Nolva combo... some say it's the way to go, others not so much. Based on what I have read, I think it WOULD be the way to go. But in what proportions? If I'm running 20-40mg Nolva how much Clomid with that?

Sry for all the questions, but I've been researching for a few months and am finding it tough to decern between all the legit info and the bullshit out there. (Although Rocco seems to know his shit :) )

Yeah some people run sust EOD due to the prop ester but I think MWF will suffice. I would also run the anti-e from the start and end it when your PCT ends. I have ran the clomid/nolva stack for every PCT and it has worked great. Also I think that you can get by with just the aromasin throughout the cycle at 25mg ED. It ius a much better AI than the nolva as it stops estrogen from forming when nolva only stops it from binding. Search for the proper PCT method and implement it following your cycle. Also as far as the dosage that is totally up to you. If it were me and my first cycle I would stick to 500mg EW just to see how I react.

I would do 750 a week for ease of use.

Wait until you start seeing problems and then begin 12.5 mg ED. That is often enough.

Most advocated for nolvadex only PCT make their recomendation based on research and not on personal use. 50mg + 20mg nolvadex It's both not one or the other although if you were to use just one i'd say clomid. ALso those who complasin about clomid sides have either not used it or used to high a dose.

I do know my shit. From research and USAGE and also being around ample sources of info. THe internet has it's limits.
