Hi muscle partners!! Just a query for those who know. I am in dbol(naposim) for about three weeks now and see almost nothing in mass. But i have gained well at strength. For example. Yesterday 220lb incline bench press for 4 reps at 165 bodyweight, 1.76cm.

I would like to add that the first two weeks i was taking 1 dbol (5mg) per day, taking weekends off. The last week i was taking 2dbols(10mg) per day and i felt stronger.
Furthermore my nutrition and workout programm are ok.
I workout 3 days per week.

Whats your opinion in the mass problem?

Well Bro, for starters.......you shouldnt be taking steroids.

You do not have the knowledge. DO MORE RESEARCH.

Now, just for your 411........you dosage is way to low and you are not taking it correctly to be the most effective.

Dianabol is highly effective in low doses, 25-40 mg ED.

The "more-is-better" sentiment among bodybuilders, increasingly high doses are being used and recommended. I have to wonder about the logic of such recommendations however, since high dose urine-analysis showed portions of unmetabolized compounds were being excreted.

In laymen terms this means that with higher doses, higher amounts of unchanged D-bol were being excreted in the urine.

Also, If one takes into account that the half-life of methandrostenolone (D-bol) in the body is only 3-6 hours, then smaller doses, taken multiple times per day would deliver better results and maximal use of the steroid.

So taking your daily dose spread over 3 or 4 doses may elicit a better effect than only 1 or 2 doses.

BOTTOMLINE - You should have know most of this if you are taking it.......DO MORE RESEARCH!

I think too that the dosage is too low but i believed that with 10mg per day (1 pill with my lunch and 1 with my dinner) i can see results and keep them. Because you know what comes quickly , leaves the same way. Also with a lower dosage and longer period in the drug i don't have any at all side effects and i do not stress my liver to much.

The idea that i follow is: lower dosage(10mg now but it depends maybe go 15mg) for longer period taking weekends off.

About the halflife of dbol,thats why i split it two times per day and i arrange it that when the drug come about to top i must be in the gym.

I didn't understand though the phrase "just for your 411..."
And i can't see something scary in our posts.

-411=Information
-A dose of 20mg is considered very low....what your taking is simply too low and is a waste of gear
-Nobody should cycle dbol alone...EVER.....you'll lose almost all of your gains within a month post cycle
-Lift hard, eat, sleep, and put the juice to the side
