How does this look?

Well I am going to start my first cycle in the new 2 weeks so I wanted to make sure I have everything perfect before I start.

I plan to....

Test E
500mgs
Monday and Thursday
Weeks 1-10

Should I take 20mgs of Nolva everyday during the cycle?

My PCT is going to be Nolva/Clomid but I need help on how much of each to do. Different people tell me different amounts so I need everyones feedback.

I was also going to say that I have had gyno when I was younger...but It wasnt from gear....and I had it cut out so I am almost sure that I will get it during the cycle so should I just have some Nolva ready just in case?

If you had your gyno surgicaly removed it CANNOT come back. The gland is gone.

However. YOu may end up wanting to control bloat while on if it affects your looks or your blood pressure adversly. If you find yourself in this predicament get Aromasin. Take 12.5mg ED to start.

what causes the bloat? this is something only a seasoned bb'er such as yourself would know and i'd like to know too

I'm not a bodybuilder but the answer to your question is aromatization. If you run an aromatizable compound it converts into estrogen which causes water retention.

Solution, run an aromatase inhibitor to control estrogen levels.

So would Nolva work fro this?

NO, NOlva will control gyno but not bloat or estro levels.

None go 10 weeks.

Start PCT 2 weeks after your last inj.

1-2: 100mg clomid and 20mg bnolvadex ED or until morning erections appear.

3-4: Then drop to 50mg clomid 20mg nolvadex.

4-6 25mg clomid, EOD 10mg nolva
