No. You run the risks of premature closing of growth plates which means you won't get any taller and your shoulders won't get wider, etc. if you use them too young. Your endocrine system is still in grow, and thus in a fragiel stage. if you get older you can get probs with you're libido because you we're takin roids to young.

Oral Steroids
Oral steroids involve modification of the parent steroid to make it harder for the liver to degrade the steroid molecules. This modification is almost always the addition of an alkyl (methyl) group at the 17 position of the steroid ring. The liver can still degrade the steroid, but not as effectively as the un-modified steroid. Therefore, oral steroids make several cycles through the bloodstream before being excreted. Most oral steroids are, to various degrees, excreted from the body unchanged.
Injectable Steroids
The injectable AAS are very effectively degraded in just a single pass through the liver. If this is so, then how can the injectables be effective? The answer is called a "depot" (or reservoir), which allows a regular release of steroid into the bloodstream. As steroid is removed from the bloodstream by the liver, more steroid is being released into the bloodstream from the depot. There are several ways to provide such a reservoir of the steroid.

What are my nutritional requirements when using anabolic steroids ?
People seem to think that steroids are the magic bullet and that they can slack off with diet and training. Nothing can be fuirther from the truth. To use steroids correctly, you should be near your natural limit of muscle growth. That never makes things easier. You will have to eat even more to gain muscle, 25 calories per pound of bodyweight and 1.5 grams of protein over 6-7 meals daily.
If you are dieting to lose fat, that' is another matter. You should deprive yourself of calories while still keeping protein as high as possible. In such a state you will not gain any muscle. The use of Anabolic steroids in such conditions is only the preservation of lean mass while trying to lose fat with a catabolic condition.
Can I consume alcohol while I'm taking steroids ?
Will alcohol limit your gains ? probably not. But consider a few aspects. First of all alcohol is an estrogen agonist. It can enhance the effects of estrogenic drugs and worsen their effects. Especially if you are sensitive to things like gyno and bloat, one should consider this effect. Secondly, alcohol has a hefty negative effect on your liver.
