how long are you training for on workout days?
how many times do u go to the gym in a week?

standard 4 day split , i train the same on or off gear , except maybe lighter but more intensity when off .

wat is the average amount of sets and reps on a normal w/o day.
at the moment wat are your cycles ?

20-30 worksets not including warmups

Currently cruising at 250mg test E EW. Last real cycle was test/eq/tren

500 mg EW of test only , will probably be for 3 months maybe longer as im looking to put on some quality gains (not big gains quality) if i get 5 lbs of quality out of it ill be over the moon, i get bored of ppl posting they get 22-40 lbs per cycle etc i dont want fat i want muscle.
My avg workout is also 20-30 sets not including warmups , aim for over 20 everytime and see what happens when i get to the iron.

3 months is good amount of time to be on cycle and reasliticly with the active life of test E you will be on for 14 weeks. This is one reason I recomend everyone switch to prop for 2-3 weeks after theie last shot of test E while waiting to start PCt. YOu get more gains and make a faster transition into PCT.

Quality gains are muscle, non-quality are fat and water. Mainly water. Fat on a bulking cycle isn't much of a concern and test will up your metablism. I don't know how many cycles you've done but only gaining 5 quality pounds from a cycle would pret5y much mean your cycle was a disater. YOur 1st cycle sshould yield about 15-20 solid god keepable pounds. Water is the main thing that is considered a temporary or non-quality gain. IF you use an AI while on cycle and do a quality PCT you will likely keep most or all od the weightnyou have gained on cycle.

ive done about 5 cycles now 1 being a 32 week competition cycle for my first comp a year or so ago , your probably right as to the 5lbs being a disasterous cycle , but i get fat real easy so carbs are curbed year round wether im on gear or not (im very carb sensitive even eating low gi) so im happy to have achieved any real gains, im currently 97 kg @ around 15-17% bf (and fighting it every step of the way).

I normally use a short acting esther after my last jab of a longer acting one, for about a week then 2 weeks of no gear, so your point is well noted. I also use low dose HCG eod after my last jab for 2 weeks prior to using any serm for pct, i have found this works for me tho i dont advocate it for anyone else, hcg being dodgy stuff imo.

4 sets consisting of 12, 10, 8, 6 reps, on the body parts im working that day.
