FIRST CYCLE...FIRST SHOW

Training 3 years, diet is sound, training/cardio is sound and will be doing my first show next march.Currently sitting at 16 stone at around 12% bodyfat at 5foot 11 inches.

I have done a cycle of M1T before and will never do it again. For my first injectable cycle i am looking to gain some quality mass, please give feedback on my suggested cycle and anything i could do to help imporve it.

My first cycle will hopefully be 2 mls(400mg) of test cypionate per week for ten weeks.HCG therapy will commence at week 8 for 3 weeks onward. Should i maybe add in a faster acting ester as well (prop) or maybe an oral?

Would i be worth while running femara in my PCT or during the cycle or should i just use novla during and after along with clomid?

YOu don't have enough time to run a mass cycle and then cut down. ANd you need to be on cycle when you cuty after that mass cycle. YOu could take the time from now to the show and spit it in half. Hald maas half cut.

Or you could run a lean mass cycle. Being that you will be competing I think most guys here would be alitle more open minded to you using at least 3 compounds, albeit not together for your 1st cycle

Jumpstarting your 1st cycle with an oral isn't really the best ides. If you were to do this use anavar at 40-60mg for the 1st 3-4 weeks. I'd highly recomend something more adrogenic at the end like dbol. Take 25mg ED for weeks 10-12. Take 50mg on workout days. Switch to propiontae 100-150mg EOD weeks 11-12.

Start hcg week 2. No reason to wait so long. Use an aromatase inhibitor, specifically aromasin while on and nolva and clomid for PCT.

why use the likes of d bol and propinate at the end of the cycle in stead of the start?

IF you noticed he has never done a cycle before. Jumpstarting with dbol or prop isn't a good idea. Anavar would be ok in the begining because it really has no sides at 40-60mg.

Dbol at the end would be ok because he will know what test does to him by then and how to deal with androgenic sides. ALso, anyone who has ever done a cycle will tell you that it is harder to get gains at the end and the beggining comparered to mid cycle. THus the reason we use a jumpstart of some sort and short estered injectable or oral at the end to squeeze out those last few gains.

Switching to a short ester in the poeriod of time you would normally be witing for your long esters to fizzle out it is a great idea. YOu stay at the very top of your game until the very end, wait 3 days rather than 2 weeks for the test levgels to drop and start PCT. MOree gains, faster transition into PCT.

DO not use femara at all while on or off. THere is no reason for it and you will suffer a loss of gains and other wonderfull sides like loss of libido and damamged lipid panel etc. Stay the fuck away from this stuff.

Buy aromasin rather than femara. BTW, your better off on the boards using the tech names instead of the brand names in most instances so everyone will understand you.

Femara for those of you who aren't familier is Letro.
