Hello, i've been training for about 4 years now and i've gained in total about 35kgs. But for the last 8 months i've been slacking a little, because of a health problem, i had two Kindey stones, but i had Ultra Sound not to long ago and want to get myself back in the gym!!

I've put together a 12 week course and i would really appriciate your help and thoughs on this. I'm currently sitting at 100kgs. and i've not been to gym our should i say gyming like i should nor eating, but i've not dropped anything, hope fully after this course i would like to sit a 115kgs.

It goes like this!

1: Boldenone Undecylenate injection: 200mg 3 shots a week.

2: Decanoate Nandrolone(Deca) injection: 200mg/ml 3 shots a week

3: Sustanon 250 injection: 250/amp 6ml per week

4: Oxymetholone tablets: 50mg 1 tab per day.

Now i'm not to sure how much HCG i should take during and after this course. i have my diet worked out and so on....

What the hell is up with the sustanon??? is it being revived??? I hate it, and everyone lately is putting it in their cycles. Anyway, so tell me if im right here, you're running:
Sust - 1500mg/wk
Deca - 600mg/wk
EQ - 600mg/wk
???

Thats heavy if thats correct..... But I like it if it is!!
EQ is more effective the longer it is run, so I might extend that to 14 weeks(along with the deca) and the sustanon to 15 weeks. U r gunna be shootin a lot of oil on this cycle, so u need to plan how ur gunna handle injections and rotation of sites. You could inject the eq and deca once a week each, I wouldnt do 3x. The sustanon is the only one you need to inject frequently(three times a week or every other day would be good). Other than that, read the pct article to get some knowledge of HCG, it raises good points that most who will recommend dont consider or know(except roccodart). You should blow up on this cycle, just make sure u have plenty of anti-e's on hand in case a problem would occur.

for a first cycle 1500 mg of test a week is not smart. plus why would it be 1500 mg of sust. if anything take a prop or cypinate. maybe even t400 injections 2x a wk to max out at 800mg.

the balance of ur first cycle is not put together well. all oil? why?

throw some suspension in there maybe some anabol n dbol.

mix the EQ and SUST in one shot, take that 3x a week, then stack the deca with it.

the stacking is where you will reach your max mass build. and dont forget takes 2 wks to see results dont get impatient until the 2 wk period if still no results throw in 10mg dbol for 3 a day for 12 wks see how that works

Thanks for the Replies it was really great, but i think i forgot to mention i've used steroids before in the past, i've done about 3 cycles in the last 4 years, with great gains, i mean i've gained about 35kgs in 3 years. But i recently moved to China beijing, And i've had 2 kindey stones for the past year, which has tampered with my training and eating as you can imagine. I've been clean, well alsmost clean for 1 year, with the odd 2 or 4 week of 2.5mg winstrol tabs about 5 a day just to give me a kick. Plus i've been trying to sellte down here and found a good gym and a supplier. which i' ve got now. the course i've mentioned i've done before, but i've never used ecupose before. but there is only a littled amount of steroids i can hold of here in china. now i will abmit i'm not a pro when it comes to putting together a cycle, i know the basic. but here is a full list of what i can get hold of. Now i dont have the cash for HGH and IGF so please leave those out... lol if you guys can put together a better cycle for me i would appricate it.

you have worked out the mgs correct, thats what i'm going to shoot, i'm going to rotate my shots like this, shoulders, ass and quades, and sorry bro i'm going to ask you a silly questoin what is anti-e's!!!!! thanks brother!!!

anti-estrogen meds like a-dex, letrozole, nolva, etc. You should def have them on hand with that much test. I'll say it again, I dont think ur cycle looks bad at all if ur ok running that much test. Ive run 1200mg test enth before without any sides and awesome gains. If your running a mix like sustanon, i think 1500 is great, and will actually make the sustanon worth running(again, not a fan usually). You obviously gave this cycle some thought, and I honestly dont see any reasons why you shouldnt run it. I would run the cycle out a lil longer though to get the most out of the EQ, but thats all I would change, I think the mg's look good. good luck bro

good work, you did your research. dont even bother to mess with hgh igf-1, ur experience is lacking (no offense).

Do not use nolvadex while on deca and get some b6 at 300mg ED at a minimum, dostinex or bromo would be better. Bromo, although more effective has more sides so dostinex (cabergoline) would be my top recomendation.
