Riverhead LOng Island, East end barbel meet.

I entered Ironman.

Bench 655

Deadlift 500

Total 1155

1st place

I ended up with 85 pounds of PR in this meet. Everything went really well.

Cycle included test, dbol, eq, tren, drol and halo. If anyone would like to know how I structured the cycle let me know.

Body weight at meet 273 cothed with no shoes on .

I am 6 feet tall. I don't compete in any other lifts. THose were my best attempts to date.

I ran dbol on ME chest day every week from about half way or so to the meet so maybe about 6 weeks. 50-60mgs.

Anadrol I ran for 3 days leading up to the meet 100-150mg.

Halo on meet day only at 30mg's.

THis was my 1st time experimenting with adrol and halo. I liked them both.

Anadrol is nothing to be afraid of. THe clinical doses where liver probs were noted are approx 5 x what most of us would take. FOr example clinically a 220 pound man would take approx 400mg ED. Crazy right?

Awesome numbers bro!!! Congrats man! U shoulda filmed that bench to post up on the board, I dont think Ive ever seen someone put up that much. I'm assuming the bench was with a shirt, what is ur max with no shirt?? Just curious. Again, congrats bro, thats impressive to crack 1000 with two lifts.

you only ran Dbol 1x per week? isn't the half life short enough so as to preclude any real gains from this? I'm not familiar with PL cycles and such short/interrupted runs...obviously it worked well though, as those are amazing numbers.

How did the test/tren figure in?

Great work again bro!

ps...isn't it traditional to pull more than you press?

I always think that too, but someone posted in another thread(i think it might have even been rocco) when I raised a point similar to yours, that deadlift is the one lift where there are no accessories to assist. Without a shirt he does pull more than he presses, which puts it where you said.
