prop only cycle and need some advice on a few things please

first cycle was an all oral cycle of Turinbol this past summer and went pretty well i think. started at 184lb went to 205lb no im back to 195-198 on a good day...lol b/f was around 10-12, now im currently around 15 sound right so far to you guys?

posted earlier about the same topic and a few more questions to clear up before i started my 2nd cycle...

have Prop, Dbol and Tbol but i think i might just do the Prop only 7wks

i think my diet is pretty solid and training but not 100% sure if my trainner knows how to guid me into the right method while on the juice, bc he knows nothing about that sorta thing only that it helps recover faster. I took a basic PTS course my self so together we work on my program, i mix Strength and Hypertrophy back and forth and was wondering what is the best range to workout at while ON 6-8 reps and then when coming OFF 10-12? one month i might do Strength, then Hyper then both?

lil advice would be nice! thanks

IT depends on what you want to accomplish but in PCT you want lower reps to kep your body anabolic.

dbol is better for size than tbol and heavy weights nad fod = size. Leave the high reps for aux excersizes. Go heavy with low reps in your core excersizes.

great response, completely agree 100%. Dbol is the best for size and mix that with the test you will get great results with size.

always focus on hitting the weight hard in building, you want to build the muscle, reps mean nothing when building. go heavy go hard
