IT's basicly a short ester blast cycle. For test you would use propionate. And then add other short esters if you'd like. For ex.

ANy oral or inj oral

HIgh doses to on all this. YOu ed to hit it hard for that short period of time. ALso know that short cycles like this are typiclaly for strength athelites. THey typically end in injury and the sides wil be very high. YOu won't
retain much in the way of gains either.
