I was thinking doing 500Test, 400deca before, but 400deca is not enough for me (210s) and I done 250 deca and 400test before, it was good, but that time only 170
so I increase deca to 400mg/week
my question is, stack with Test cyp, should I go 600mg, or 500mg gonna be fine???

Simple rule most go by is to keep the test higher. I have never heard a ratio, but I run my test AT LEAST 200 mg higher just to avoid problems occuring with my libido. went through that once with deca, and swore to never experience it again. Run the test at 600mg/wk. if you have cycled before, I wouldn't hesitate to run it at 750-800/wk, and that would put you in an even better range with the deca/test ratio.

THe sexual problmes associated with deca/tren are prolactin related 300mg b6 ED does alot to alliviate them. BP issues can easily arise from either as well. BP issues can efect performance.

If I were to run test/decca i'd run 1g of test and 600decca. But that's just me. Doses are something that need to be approached with caution and on an individual basis. FOr instance. I have run as high as 1500mg test with no probs but when I cna't handle tren. 100mg ED becomes unbearable withing a 2 week period. Backing off helps some nbiutthe overall effects of tren on me are something I will not endure again for more than 2 or 3 weeks tops.

the 1000mg test and 600mg deca should be a great build. i prefer high doses of test always 1500mg 600mg deca worked wonders for me
