"actually natural trainers should train more frequently... trust me it's the opposite of what you've read in the mags. the protein synthetic response from a workout only lasts 48 hours... individuals on steroids can train less frequently due to elevated synthetic rates from their exogenous hormone use. Natural trainers need to workout more frequently to keep their rates of protein synthesis elevated to build more muscle".

This was from an e-mail that i got from Layne Norton, i think it is quite important to highlight, as i was oblivious to this fact before. I hope that this has cleared up some misconceptions.

I believe this to be somewhat true. I think your goals play a prt in this thouigh. I ama pl'er and train 3 days per week on the average. It seems to be working well.

Thats why you see some of the pros only doing 3-4 exercises for some body parts. I could never get away with that and still grow.

Don't forget vlolume plays a learge role in the whole picture. Two may guys do too many excersizes with too few sets for each.

Here is a sample workout from my log. I did this last night. I think you'll see what I mean. WHile this isn't a BB'ing workout when I did BB'ing the volume was still there and I would do 2-4 excersizes.

when i am on a steroid mass cycle,who can tel me how much exercise,sets,reps and days i must train?
dos somebody gave an training programme for me?
