Don't forget vlolume plays a learge role in the whole picture. Two may guys do too many excersizes with too few sets for each.
Here is a sample workout from my log. I did this last night. I think you'll see what I mean. WHile this isn't a BB'ing workout when I did BB'ing the volume was still there and I would do 2-4 excersizes.
