I have been lifting for about 4 years all together...recently had a child and have been off now for a little over a year. Had one cycle in my system which was sustanon and dianabol. Since i have been off for so long tending to my newborn should i concentrate on gaining back what i lost naturally or go straight into another cycle. If i go to another cycle should i start off with a beginner cycle again to get my body used to it since ive been off without lifting. Ive lost about 30 lbs. total since ive been off and have recently gained back about 15 just by eating about 5000 calories a day. i think i should try and get back as much as i can an dhit a plateau before i do another cycle. Opinions would be great. |
