ok, well lets just say, I'm only taking one cc a week, Ive been on it for a month, I started at about 170lbs. Now I'm at 180lbs.
Routine:

Monday - Chest and Back
Tuesday - Biceps and Triceps
Wednesday - Shoulders and Legs
Thursday - Chest and Back
Friday - Biceps and Triceps
Saturday - Shoulders and Legs
Sunday - Off
(Everyday - Abs and Cardio)
Diet:
Wake Up - 6:30am - 16oz. Proetin shake (2 scoops), Oatmeal, Egg Whites
9:00am - Banana and Protein bar
12:00pm - 8oz grilled chicken, salad, 16oz protein shake, cooked rice
3:00pm - Protein bar and Banana + Gym
5:30pm - 10oz fish, cooked rice, 16oz Protein shake
8:00pm - Can of Tuna and some cooked rice
10:00pm - Bed.
I'm honestly not getting upset by arguing. But is there anything wrong with that diet and routine? Just let me know, Im open to constructive criticism. |
