Well, this is my first thread, so I thought I'd start it with a question I've been debating over for a while. I've been on my first cycle of Test 400 for about almost a month now. I used to be a light drinker, but I always used to smoke pot with all my friends. Now my question is, I know Arnold use to smoke pot and he was big as fuck, but I mean, come on, doesn't there have to be some side effects? I stopped drinking because all of my friends who drink but dont work out are all walking around with beer bellies and Im trying to sculpt my body instead of turn it to shit. So any advice?

i'm pretty sure Arnie only smoked pot in the off season. Pot and alcohol both raise estrogen levels and have no place in a serious bbing regime. Add the stresses on your liver and booze is a big no-no on cycle. You don't have to become an aesetic or anything, but I'd keep it few and far between if i were you.

yeah thats what I thought. Thats why I completely quit smoking and drinking because I want to do my cycle right. Im taking only 1cc a week, for the past month, and I've been notcing BIG changes. I was repping 100lbs dumbbells 8 times last night on flat bench and my max went up from 225 to about 250. Keep in mind, I'm only 16 though, 6'1, 180lbs.

Dude, I can't believe I missed that you were so young.... At 16 there is no way you can justify going anywhere close to gear. Wait until you're 22-24 at least, lest you do serious damage to your endocrine system. And at 6'1 and only 180, there is no way your diet is good enough either. Read, Learn, and Grow.

Jesus...all these children on the juice, goddamn xbox generation.

i know enough to know that at 6'1 and only 180, if your diet was any good, you'd be at least 200lbs.

ok, well lets just say, I'm only taking one cc a week, Ive been on it for a month, I started at about 170lbs. Now I'm at 180lbs.

Routine:

(superset all)

Monday - Chest and Back

Tuesday - Biceps and Triceps

Wednesday - Shoulders and Legs

Thursday - Chest and Back

Friday - Biceps and Triceps

Saturday - Shoulders and Legs

Sunday - Off

(Everyday - Abs and Cardio)

Diet:

Wake Up - 6:30am - 16oz. Proetin shake (2 scoops), Oatmeal, Egg Whites

9:00am - Banana and Protein bar

12:00pm - 8oz grilled chicken, salad, 16oz protein shake, cooked rice

3:00pm - Protein bar and Banana + Gym

5:30pm - 10oz fish, cooked rice, 16oz Protein shake

8:00pm - Can of Tuna and some cooked rice

10:00pm - Bed.

I'm honestly not getting upset by arguing. But is there anything wrong with that diet and routine? Just let me know, Im open to constructive criticism.

Dude, get off the test. Your gonna royally Fvck yourself up in the long run. I dont care how long youve been training or how mature and developed you are. Your endocrine system is not fully developed and your starting yourself down a long road of major problems.

Stop the test NOW and turn your training regime towards that of a hardcore push/pull workout...

As for the diet - look through a few of these threads and go back to the drawing board on your diet....

(and IMO these folks - for the most part - aren't even seriously bulking)......

If you call that a bulking diet at 180 lbs your sorely mistaken. That looks like a cutting diet to me. Atleast my cutting diet. Hell that's nothing.

alright. well then can someone post or give me a link to a bulking diet that can get me up to as least 200? That'd be really helpful, and as of today, I stopped my test.

that is the right decision, and a mature one, because I'm guessing it was hard to make, good on you...I'd still do some PCT if I were you though.

Foghat posted some links for you to peruse through...from there assemble your diet and times and we'll tweak it for you. It also helps if you figure out your BMR...search it in here I know I've posted it before, but because I had laser surgery on my eyes today, staring at this screen is killing me.

Good luck bro. And remember, if it were easy, everyone would be huge.
