Well i plan to compete next July so i fugure i need to step it up for the comp. I will be starting my first cycle in the next few months.

I will prolly do a Test only cycle........I was thinking Test E or Sust......I cant fully decide on which one yet....I thought yall could help me with the pros and cons of each and help me decide.

I was thinking 250mg a week for 8 or 10 weeks.....Should i go higher mg's on my first cycle?

i would go with suss @ 500mg,s ew,1ml monday and 1ml thursday for 10/12 weeks.

i say this because i am in week 10 of test e cycle and gained 19lbs so far,this is my second cycle and i used suss for my first and gaind 37lbs of it ,kept 29 after pct.

imo suss was far better for me than test e ,but that is just me.

suss is a blen of 4 esters were test e is just one ester ,thats why people say use a singe ester to see if there is any sides of it.

I'm gonna have to disagree with Tank and suggest the Test E stand-alone.
12 weeks at 500mg/week with Nolva 20mg ED ran throughout and a proper PCT. You'd be golden. I feel its better to know what will work for you, since Test E is one ester, you will know whether or not that one Ester will work for you, oppose to Sust, you dont know if you will react well to all those esters.

Thanks for the feedback.....Im still not 100% sure yet on my choice......I want to make the best choice for my first cycle....

i'm starting my first cycle also with omnarden 250mg/week, deca 200mg/week and winstrol 40-50mg/day. i'm gonna get test 500mg/week if 250mg is not having any effect.

This is EXCELLENT advice - you could also take it a step further and start the Nolva at 10mg a day instead of the listed 20...

Sust needs to be inj at least 3x per week. MWF works well. EOD is best but not totally neccessary.

NOw if it were me and for ease of dosing i'd run test cyp or enathate and shoot 250 2x per week. M/Th. THen swithch to short eater prop dfor the last 3 weeks of the cycle.

It would look like this.

1-10 test E or cyp 500mg
11-13 test prop 150mg EOD
14-20 PCT

It's terrible for a variety of reasons.

#1 i'll answer this in the form of a question. IF you get gyno (which is an overwhelming possibility) what caused it and how would you treat it?

#2 Decca is overly suppressive and because of the ester needs to be run longer than a 1st cycle should go.

#3 Especially with long esters the cycle should be ended on prop or susp. IOW the last 3 weeks before PCT after you last shot of the long ester would be a short ester.

#4 winny is very prone to giveing you side effects. TOpping the list are enhancing MPB, being the worst on the lipid panel and joint soreness.

#5 last, your 1st cycle should be a single ester test, and one compound stacked if you want. If you do stack it should be a short ester or oral afdded towards the end so you can asses, see and feel your body's response to each compound.
