Currently on 400mg of test a week. I weigh 188 and I'm 5'6". I've been training for roughly 3.5 years. My question is how often should I be training while on? My current routine looks like:
back
legs
off
chest,calves,forearms,abs
shoulders and traps
arms
off.
Being that I'm on I want to take full advantage of the stuff. I was wondering should I mabye train each group more often? or take out the rest days? Also I am taking in around 5000 calories a day.
