Training while on

Currently on 400mg of test a week. I weigh 188 and I'm 5'6". I've been training for roughly 3.5 years. My question is how often should I be training while on? My current routine looks like:

back
legs
off
chest,calves,forearms,abs
shoulders and traps
arms
off.

Being that I'm on I want to take full advantage of the stuff. I was wondering should I mabye train each group more often? or take out the rest days? Also I am taking in around 5000 calories a day.

unfortunately there is no right answer here bro. What works well for one doesnt mean it will work well for another. While on, you will recover faster and can train more often than normal. Some still only hit body parts once per week while on. I used to hit everything once a week on a 5 day split. i would use day 6 as touch up to hit whatever i didnt hit hard enough more. That used to work well for me personally. Its all just trial and error. good luck bro

Not very long ago I came across an article stating that full body workouts 3x a week were best while on AAS. But I would think after 3.5 years of training you should know what workouts work best for you, I would stick with those while on the gear. You got good results on whatever way you trained so while on the gear you'll get even better results! Goodluck on what ever you choose bro.
