This is why you should never EVER use fake gear. You don't know what's in it and the person who made it could have used his bathtub as a container for all we know.
Another reason to use Human Grade gear.
The person on the couch have used some fake Omnadren

If the f*ckheads who make fake gear don't care about hygiene, which they probably don't since they make fake gear in the first place, then it's filled with bacteria. He could be sneezing in it, making it in the bathroom and so on.
Also if it's fake then at best it's olive oil that won't harm you.. Otherwise it could be anything from motor oil to someone taking a piss in it.

Totally agree with the above posts, well done for putting something so graphic here to discourage people from simply being 'gear' from unreputable sources.
Serious risk to health of using 'gear' if it could be fake, ya obviously not going to strive to buy fake gear in the first place, but educating people to the risks if they do decide to try and source some is commendable

It should scare anyone thinking of putting a needle to their a**. Those are some truely nasty pictures. Im surprised it does not happen more often. You have kids wanting to become Ronnie overnight who dont know what they are doing and this is what happens.

I have a mark about the size of a nickel on my right thigh from a flu shot when I was about 10. I was fighting the doctor and my mom while they gave it to me and I turned into something like that guys thigh. You can hardly see it now.

Definitely scary to look at. This is why sterile issues are so important, not just for making the gear itself, but for injecting and drawing too. Infections are nothing to play with.
