HAY GUYS, I THINK OF THIS CYCLE FOR 8 WEEKS:

IST WEEK 250 SUSTA, 50 DECA
2ND WEEK 500 SUSTA, 100 DECA
3RD WEEK 500 SUSTA ,150 DECA
4TH WEEK 500 SUSTA, 200 DECA
5TH WEEK 500 SUSTA, 200 DECA
6TH WEEK 500 SUSTA, 150 DECA
7TH WEEK 500 SUSTA, 100 DECA
8TH WEEK 250 SUSTA, 50 DECA

THEN I WILL BEGIN WITH THE PCT, I WAS FIRST CONFUSED UNTILL I READ THIS PCT:
Recovery Protocol:
2500 iu HCG EOD for 8 shots (15 days total)
20mg of Nolvadex for 45 days
50mg of Clomid taken twice daily 12hours apart for a total of 30 days

WHAT YOUR OPENION GUYS, PLEASE ADVICE

right for first cycle you should use test only so forget the deca,idealy you want a single ester test like test e ,but if suss is all you have then that is ok.
i would say 500mg,s of suss per week for 10/12 weeks split into 2 shots ew 1ml monday and 1ml thursday will get you great gains.

pct-dont run hcg and clomid together bro,use one or the other,i would go with clomid at 100 mg,s days 1/10 50 mg,s days 11/21 20 mg,s days 21/30

nolva dose is good how it is ,matbe a tab long but should be fine.

o one more thing deca at that dose you want to run will do shit man and why up and drop the dose?
if you were gonna run deca aswell in this cycle i would say 400 mg,s ew for 10 weeks , and run the suss for 12 weeks @ 500mg,s ew.

start pct 18 days after last shot of suss.hope this helps bro.

Yeah, Sustanon is a Test Ester mix, the shortest Esters in the group being active usually within 12-24 hours with a halflife of around 48-72 and the longest being around 16 days. Meaning, that ideally, you would like to run these longer esters in your system for 10-12 weeks.

for pct i only use clomid as you said... pretty much in that dosage... but jw(for knowledge) ..how come you suggest this?

HCG is suppressive of the HPTA through negative feedback in and of itself. Using it during your recovery period is not the best idea.

thanks to all guys for this valuable information and i will begin my cycle at 15th of september and i will told you about my progress. if any one have any other information i will wait for about three weeks and agin thank's
