Muscle Cramps

Are there any steriods, mainly oral, that cause muscle cramps or weakness? Do any of the top name PCT products cause muscle cramps? I've been having really bad muscle cramps here of late and i just started my 3rd week of 40mg Nolv ED, 2.5mg letro ED, and 50mg Clomid ED. Im attempting to rid myself of prexisting gyno and its working like a charm so far, but the muscle cramps are so intense in my forearms and hamstrings that its not easy to workout. Whats going on? Have i pulled or strained a muscle in my forearm or is this some kinda side effect. Ive also tried to take potassium tabs daily to help with the cramps and that doesnt work either!

How's your water intake? I've never run all three of those at once. I would imagine your estrogen level is about zero :)

Maybe try Taurine...5g split up over the day, and increase water to 2 gallons a day.

my water intake is around a gallon a day with 200-250mg of potassium. i'll try Taurine and uptake my water and see if that does the trick. thanks for the advice bro!

Yea bro, the letro would be the culprit. Anytime you use an estrogen inhibitor (not a blocker) and your estrogen levels are cut down, you will retain less water and are more likely to get cramps. I wouldn't worry too much. I also try to minimize my estrogen while on and find that drinking at least two gallons a day is pretty sufficient for keeping cramps at bay. Keep on the water all day tho...

I would cut down the doses of all the anti-e's , but letro is known to cause the cramps. 2.5 mg's is high cut it in half or even a quarter-you should stay dry w/less cramps...clen will do it to, if your takin that for bf%. Also I take a Potassium, Magnesium, and Taurin formula and it works well, keep up the h20 and you should be ok.

yeah,no need for 2.5mg letro a day..like said above cut it back bit a half or so.
of like 2.5 e3d..
surprised at that dose your not having libido issues as well..

letro is strong,to strong for me i go with ldex.

ive cut my letro back to just 2.5mg EOD and the muscle cramps have subsided greatly and my gyno isnt far from being completely gone! whats the damn deal with gyno guys!? how do i get rid of this nasty **** for good without surgury!!??
