I'm a newbie to the the board and have a question for you guys or girls that is.... I have been lifting weights for years now atleast 10 dedicated, I took a few cycles here and there but never did it the right way because people I talked to in the gym left out the after the cycle part ex. clomid etc. to get your system back and running. One cycle I took was 400mgs of Deca, 500 mgs of Sustenon 250, 200 mgs of Winstrol, and 20 mgs of Dianabol each week for 8 weeks all together, so when I finished it I did'nt take anything so I crashed ofcourse the gains were pretty good and was feeling strong. Now, How does that sound to you guys and should I have been taking clomid for 2 weeks after that 50 mgs each day for the 2 weeks and been fine??? I am 5 ft. 11 in. and weigh around 200 lbs not cut but kind of on the mass side so to speak So I am here now to hopefully learn the right way of doing things and be part of this community aswell. I'm looking for a good mass cycle for this first time round. Any suggestions will be gladly appreciated and thanks!

Wow, that is one loaded question bro, and to put it quite simply all your answers will be derived from research. To put it completely unscientifically, learn the hows and whys of each part of your cycle. I could lay out a sample cycle here for you and tell you what kind of gains to expect, but then you are depending on the information of a stranger on an interent board. Without knowing the physiological pathways through which each compound works, and the different effects it have you are paddling a boat with no rutter. Start by doing research on your body itself, how each part of the HPTA communicates with eachother through negative feedback, how steroids cause increased protein synthesis through transcription, etc., Now, I know this sounds like uneccessary work, but when you understand how and why each compound is working, you are better equipped to deal with problems as they arise. Next, do some research on the different types of AAS and how each one works, that way you will be able to pick compounds that fit your needs. Finally, do some research on things like Aromatose Inhibitors (AI), Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERM) etc., and how they work. Once again, I am not trying to bombard you with useless information, I am trying to equip you with the knowledge neccessary to plan effective cycles that utilize only the neccessary compounds, and that will allow you to be as healthy as possible.
