My New Test E Cycle ????

Okay in two weeks am goin to start a new test E cycle just wondering how much nolvedex to take to prevent gyno ect

okay goin to take 500mg a week of test e and kick start cycle with some naposims for first 3-4 weeks, goin to spead the does out

250mg - monday

250mg - thursday

all i want to know is how much nolvadex should i take to prevent gyno and bloat thanx ??

Nolvadex isn't really going to do much for the bloat since it is a SERM and not an AI.

As for the gyno, most people use 20mg for prevention, although it depends on the person, some people are easily susceptible and others aren't.

20 mg is fine for the nolva. that's probably too much, but it'll work. take letro, aromisin, arimidex for the bloat. i like arimidex personally.

Nolva isnt for bloat like the other guys said, its for the gyno/estrogen issue.
ADex @ .5mg ED would be good and Letro

if you want to run some nolvadex during the cycle as a preventive measure and want to control water retention.
id go with .25 ldex/adex and 10mg nolvadex ed.

thanx all for the advice however i decided not to use d-bol and jsut go with test. d-bol is good to kick start however will just wait till the test kicks in. I am goin to start either next week or in two weeks time just makin shure i have all the stuff before i start. after my last cycle i managed to keep alot of gains but i remember i had a bloat especially in the face i ran test and d-bol. So this time will stick with the test and do more cardio mite help. cheers

Personally, if it were me, I would jump start with Superdrol. Test/SD is a rediculous combination. You don't have to worry about aromatization with it either and heck you can get it from nutraplanet.com for like 17.99!
