As long as your form is good and your weights stay reasonable, you shouldn't worry about injury. Listen to your body. As far as the cycle, it looks like a good simple cycle. You got it right too, hittin the sus 3 times a wk for the prop. The dbol will be a nice kicker but u already have the prop hittin ur system pretty quickly so u may wanna save it for ur next cycle. Just make sure you got some nolva on hand and a solid pct and your all set. I dont know if you run anti-es while on, not everyone does, but I would throw some a-dex in there.
