Okay so I'm back at the gym on Monday after a few months off, down to 12 'n' a half from over 14, *cries*, anyway I'll be startin' a new cycle on Monday 'n' I'll be runnin':
D-Bol 1-4 40mg ED
Sus 1-14 (or possibly more) 750mg EW (250mg on Mon, Wed 'n' Fri)
Deca 1-12 400mg EW (200mg Mon 'n' Fri)

Also not a flame but why not hit it natural first to get the max for your money in AS? You'll most likely see in the end of the cycle the same gains you'd see but taking just a few weeks longer(maybe two-three months) but seeing size and strength gains too fast from a unworked stasis will add to the good chance of tendon problems/pulled muscles.

i agree with this. train naturally for at least 2 months i would say, and then get on cycle.

I think it looks good. I would say just take it easy the first week of bodyparts so that you dont get hurt. Go up in weight slowly. Use your mind to muscle to get the pumps and get the good gains.

As long as your form is good and your weights stay reasonable, you shouldn't worry about injury. Listen to your body. As far as the cycle, it looks like a good simple cycle. You got it right too, hittin the sus 3 times a wk for the prop. The dbol will be a nice kicker but u already have the prop hittin ur system pretty quickly so u may wanna save it for ur next cycle. Just make sure you got some nolva on hand and a solid pct and your all set. I dont know if you run anti-es while on, not everyone does, but I would throw some a-dex in there. Not sure how much downtime you have had but..Nothing like a messed up back or some torn ligaments to throw a wrench in a cycle. Your call... but from my own honest experience ..you should at least give four to six weeks to get those tendons and ligaments ready.
