AAS can get messy legally b/c most people buy large quantities and plan out several cycles. Plus, a 12-16 week cycle requires a considerable amount of gear. Intent to sell is not based on actions, but on quantity. This really becomes bullshit b/c I recall reading that 1 tab of DBol is on the books as equivalent to say, 1 hit of Ecstasy. Obviously there is no comparison b/c youcan roll your face off on a hit of good E, but one tab of DBol won't do anything. Steroids are different than other drugs in that their effects are cumulative. Perhaps one cycle is equivalent, effect wise, to maybe 1g of coke, but this is not factored into the law b/c lawmakers no nothing about the drugs they write legislation about. A recreational user may purchase 500 10mg tabs of DBol to be used in two or three cycles over the course of a year, but to LE they will appear to be a kingpin dealer.
From what I've read, Cali is the strictest. Regardless, be careful. |
