ok so my friend that is in is 30s used to be in the navy and did a 12 week cycle of deca by it self. he did 1 cc a week for 12 weeks and that was it.

he has done it 3 times in his life, and said his gains were great compared to natural lifting, but not as good as your better cycles, with test and what not.

he said by doing just one cc a week for 12 weeks is not very harmful to your body and thats why he did it. just a little boost in his gains.

anyway he was telling me this becasuse i have wanted to dip in the world of AAS for awhile, but im afraid of needles..... no i just havent had the time to research enoff and i dont have a lot of people who have done it to ask questoins.

Continue to research, and even though he said his gains were decent, im sure he probably didnt tell you that he couldnt get wood while on either, and if says everything was fine, then theres a good chance he's a liar.

Dont learn from your buddy and do it right. Test E at 500mg/wk for 12 weeks.

Also, if your afraid of needles, then your not ready for AAS.

well people always told me to wait untill your body has got to its peak...how do you know when that is? i know im not by anymeans however i do want to try aas. because so many people knock it before they try it and i just want to experiance it for my self. I found this great web site that sale...... im joking haha
ok so whats a good first cycle and post cycle to star off with so i can start my searching from there.

keep in mind i have a realy bad anger problem (when i reach a certin level) so im more afriad of mood swings while on test.

The whole mood thing with AAS is a complete myth. Thats the media helping people to give it a bad name.

As far as a good cycle, stick with testasterone enthanate at 500mg/week, in two seperate dosages (monday & thursday).

yeah, deca alone is never a good idea. Take the advice of idunk and research ALOT on Test E. It would probably be good idea to put up all your stats to maximize the help you'll get on this forum (Height, weight, BF%, years lifting etc) so everyone can get a better idea. Also another option might be the PH/DS route which are orals, but once again there is alot of research to be done before you consider any of these compounds. (Oh and for anyone wondering how

Wrong, simply test will make you more aggressive in life. Sex, fighting, moods, it will effect everything. Do more research and you will find its not a myth. You just gotta keep it under control. IF you can't then don't use gear. Simply as that.

Oh and there are alot of other cycles you can do. But Test E would be the best all around since your afraid of needles.
