ADVICE PLEASE

I used to live in a small town (less than 2000 people) and there is a BIG investigation/indictment from numerous surrounding towns. One guy from my old town was indicted.

I know I did not get it from him (maybe someone down the line) but I kind of scared.

I only used 3 tabs and then decided I was too young, 20 at the time. I kept them until recently when I read the article and flushed 197 (all of them) down the drain.

Would they have contacted me by now if they are going to take the stand in Aug/Sept.

Should I be worry free?

you should be alright...don't stress, it raises cortisol levels.

Honestly, I'm not sure they're going to nickel and dime you to death, and worst case scenario, all they have is someone's word that you bought from them. No dealer would willingly provide witnesses for his own prosecution.

Thanks for responding. I didn't mean the dealer contacting me I meant the court. I have calmed down a little bit thinking that they are probably or at least should be worried about the BIG guys (they are indicted for 2200lbs of misc drugs) and that I did not sell it and all evidence is gone.

my point was the only way for them to get your name was to have the dealer implicate you, and thereby strengthen the prossecution's case...

Seriously I'm SURE you don't have to worry, what are they gonna do if your name is mentioned? "Goddammit this youngster have bought 200 tabs from this guy, we're gonna get him too! I want every officer available on this case"

Naah even if you bought more from him and the coppers don't find anything at your place it's just denying that's the game.

First, you should have sent me the tabs. Second, don't worry, at worst case you will have to testify that you bought from him and be off scott free. but highly doubt it. No trail of paper or anything leading to you.
