anyone have trouble sleeping while ON a cycle

just wondering if anyone else has trouble sleeping at nite and if they can do anything about it, i guess ill try to workout as early as i can so i dont feel the pump later on the nite when i wanna crash for bed

Yea I have read that ZMA helps you sleep better. Never have taken it myself but you are supposed to take it before bed. Just make sure you do not take dairy products with it though.

o.k i usualy finish the day with some protein and milk but i guess i could switch it to water, any reason on the no dairy?

hel yea i have probs sleeping. i wake up about 4 times a night. i pop a few somas or ambien seems to work well.

never herd of that is this something i can buy anywhere?
i took some ZMA and i dont think i even needed it really i slept fine, maybe my body is getting use to it, i dont know but thanks

zma, no caffine 4 hours before bed, nytol (possibly) no carbs few hours before bed. basic stuff

if you on stimulants (t3/clen etc) may need a different approach

ZMA isn't really going to do a whole lot while on cycle. It will help keep you in a deeper sleep but often times it is hard just getting to bed on cycle. Start with 3mg of melatonin 30-45minutes before bed on an empty stomach with a glass of water. It will put you to sleep pretty quickly. If you are someone who gets less than 6 hours of sleep per night and you wake up feeling drowsy because of it, you can use 1.5mg, but 3 is the norm.

It is cheap and can be found at any drug store.

It takes 7mgs to work for me. You have to try different doses, starting with the low, in order to find what works for you.
