Multiple times per day. CHeck the half life of your compound for exact sapceing. On workout day you could take it all at once about 2h before your workout.
I take mine on a enpty stomach on w/o days and with food on others. I always let the tab dissolve in my mouth or chew it up and with caps I open themand pour them in to assure max absorbtion.
