Insulin work on diabetics?

My friend is a diabetic, I wonder if insulin would work on him if he started weight training, because he takes insulin several times a day?

I think it'll work. He probably needs to be careful the dosage if working out to avoid hypoglycemia. MD or CDE should be able to tell you the correct dosage.

What you mean?, i prolly missunderstood the question but i thought he meant insuline will help his friend to get bigger easier.
