bought some today and the lady at the store said take one a day which is 250mg, but the lady doesnt know why im taking it, so will this amount be enough for a guy on the juice? i herd somthing like up to 2000mg a day, what do you guys think and if i need that much when would i take it? right now all i take is a muilti at Breakfast, lunch and dinner

If you feel uncomfortable that you aren't taking enough and do not like popping pills, wal-mart sells milk thistle in capsule form that is 1000mg per capsule. Pop one after breakfast along w/ your multi and do the same with your last meal and you should be alright.

spread them out if taking a bunch at a time is too much for you, or buy some that have more per cap, as stated above.

i dont think i will be needing it so i will go return it back. i am not on anabolics and neither will i go on it in the next few years!
