so im going on Turanabol soon and i was wondering what is the best type of style while on the cycle? Fullbody? Hypertrophy? Strength?

as of right now i am currently going from Hypertrophy, working my way into Strength for June i thought the first month while ON, then go back into Hypertrophy in July for size. then the next month while off i thought i would go into Full body.

i usually stay with these three styles of workouts and mostly go back and forth Hyper and Strength

anyone have some thoughts?

Agree... Just lift heavy and eat clean. High Protein, High Carb, Low-Moderate Fat.

so you think the best way to go is lift heavy the whole 2 months, and should i only eat one cheat meal a week?

track you calories with www.fitday.com and honestly, you should have your diet down before you go on...steroids aren't a joke man, they are some serious shit to put in your body. Done correctly, you can see some signifigant gains, done incorrectly and it's more than a mere waste of money, but also a serious health risk. I know you don't want to wait, but in all honesty, if you can't get past 180lbs with food, you're not going to make the most out of your cycle.

use the bmr spreadsheet posted (i think it's in the nutrition section) and you personal goals to see how you should eat. 6-8 meals a day...
