Would running clenbuterol (no t3) with Lipo-6 help out at all? Is it worthless? perhaps dangerous? any advice would be great

There's always a little risk involving clen. Read about the side effects.

I would use the recommended cycle with 2 weeks clen and then 2 weeks ECA stack. This should be done about 8 weeks.

second that, lipo 6 is overall a complete waste of money, once again, your diet is the most important thing

Whatever you use as far as fat burners just make sure your diet is working first, Lipo-6 will do nothing if your diet sucks, it may help your diet work a little better, but it won't make up for it. I know nothing about clen, never used it, but I know it can be dangerous if used incorrectly so study up before you jump in head first.
