i dont understand as to why they are saying not to do HCG with clomid and that u should do HCG and then after that is done go on with Clomid and Nolvadex. Can anyone brief me on this. Thanks

Simple. HCG is suppressive to the pituitary. THe idea of taking clomid or nolvadex is to get ythe pituitary producing it's own gonadatropins. HCG would work against that.

so when to take HCG idealy? Before taking Clomid or Nolva? and how many day/weeks prior to taking Clomid/Nolva?
