of this cutting cycle (clenbuterol/thermo power):

Week 1: Day 1-2: 20mcg/day - Day 3-4: 40mcg/day - Day 5-7: 80mcg/day
Week 2: 100mcg/day
Week 3-4: 1 cap TP/day
Week 5: 100mcg/day
Week 6: 80mcg/day (last 3 days: 40mcg/day)
Week 7-8: 2 cap TP/day

Please only people with clen experience answer.

CLen is best used 2 weeks on and two off. start at 20mcg and up the dose as your body allows. 100mcg seems ok as the max dose. I can't even get near that much though.

In the two weeks off do an ECA stack and I highly recomend if you don't have your clen yet you buy it from www.research-ology.com

R-O is out of stock right now...I talked to the guy the other day, hesaid it should be up again by this weekend.

Their sprays are in 10mcg increments which allows a nice, slow taper up.

I'm going to do a

10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,100,100,100,100

60,70,80,90,100...etc.

Assuming i can get to 100.

You can also run clen constantly if you run Keitofen (sp?) concurrently.

I think you'd be hard pressed to find hard evidence supportingtthis. The longest I'd go is a month.

i've heard people using it as long as 8 weeks with the ketitofen without a break, but there seem to be some concerns about heart health when on that long. I'm looking for articles right now. I didn't mean run it for ever...lol.

r-o should have some soon...i've been waiting a week for them to get it in stock again. I've heard really good things about them on another board they sponsor (under a different web site name for some reson). The are my preferred because each spray is 10mcg whereas the pills I can get are 40mcg...the spray allows more accurate and tempered dosages IMO.

If you go two weeks on and two off you can run an ECA stack in your 2 weeks off.

Also people may say things but I never go on hear say. If you really want to see if the ketofen thing works monitor yourt body temp. If after you are at max does t=an dpast the two week mark it comes back to normal you knwo it's bullshit.
