My PCT

ok so i have 7 more injects to go until my 10 week cycle is over and just want to run my pct by for some opinions. Last test shot= 5/24 HCG 3000IU=5/26, HCG 3000IU= 6/1, HCG 1500IU= 6/7, HCG 1500IU= 6/13. Nolva @40mg starting 6/7 (2 weeks after last test shot) ED for 2 weeks. 6/21 20mg Nolva ED for 2 weeks.

Does this look good?

This was my first cycle, I ran 500mg of test Cyp per week for 10 weeks total.

results so far have been good.....havent weighed myself in a couple of weeks but was up around 252 at the 5 week mark (started around 240-242). I have been eating pretty clean so with the proper pct i should keep most of my results, can notice the difference in the gym as well of course.....more so with some exercises over others.

PCT sounds good

FOr future reference just write it like this 40/40/20/20

Just don't plan on your pct being 4 weeks and stop there. If you need longer do it. 10-20mg ED past 4 weeks if needed is fine.

what if towards the end of taking Nolva and u realize u need more and u cant get it and u run out, can u still order and start taking it again even if u ran out for 1-2 weeks?

nolva is cheap, keep more on hand than you will need, just in case, especially if you are doing something highly aromatizable...

nolvadex is legal to buy. There would be no problme getting it

is a PCT good to use for all steroids , im going to be taking Turanabol?? i dont know if i need to take anything with it or after it, i dont wanna loose it as fast as i gain it??
