Hey guys....... Here's a real newbie question so I'll go ahead and appologize now. I am thinking about starting my first cycle within the next month. I have been working out heavy for about 6 months. Is this too soon and if not, then is dianabal a good starter for myself? Again I appologize for the newbie question, but I don't want to piss away money on things that I do not need.

If you want a good response then I would suggest giving your age, years training, diet, and goals. But if you have only been training for the past 6 months then that is way too soon. And a d-bol only cycle is a no-no. Your first cycle should be Test only with a good pct. Do your research bro. But, 6 months is no where near enough training time to start out taking steroids. Just my .02

OK. Here we go. I've been training for about 14 months. The past 6 have been heavy training sessions. Diet consists of 230 g protein per day as well as 4 scoops of creatine per day. Keeping my carbs down somewhere around 350 per day. My weight right now is 185 with 10% body fat. My goals are simple..... To be as big and as strong as I can possibly be. What the final limit will be..... Who knows. Max bench 215 6 reps max squat 315 10 reps

I don't know bro, I still say 14 months is too early. It does however sound like you have the right idea with your diet and everything. Why not just stick with the creatine, protien a good multi and maybe throw a pre-workout supp in there if you feel the need for an extra boost? I say you just keep on eating like hell, the gains will come, keep everything clean, eat like hell and you will see improvements. It will not all happen over night. If you hit a wall where you have no other options then I would say go ahead and start researching some possible cycles of Test. AFTER you have done LOADS of searching and asking questions then I would say go for it. People make the mistake of just jumping into steroids with no knowledge of what these drugs do to people if not taking seriously and out of respect. They can be safe but only if you know what you are doing. Again, I can't stop you but just think before you act and screw up your body.

The gains are coming, however, EVERYONE that I work out with is using. There gains have came so much quicker then mine. One of my buddies has gained almost 30 lbs in the past 8 months. I'm spending $200 a week on food plus buying protein+creatine+no-explode and eating like hell everyday fighting back puke and it just really pisses me off. So now........ Will my mass stay longer than his if he stays off a cycle for a month or so ??

NO need to apologize

too soon, you need to be in the gym for years 1st

dbol only is a bad cycle for anyone

YOur 1st cycle should be test 400-5500mg per week.

BTW, how old are you? If your under 21 your too young.

Well 25 is not too young, however, not enough time in the gym. Give your muscles a chance to grow natrually and to get to their natrual limit or close to it. Regarding your previous comment, who cares if everyone else in your gym is using AAS? You need to worry about yourself and your training. I also realize that this sport can get ridiculous with the amount of money we spend on food and what not, but there are ways around it, buy your food in bulk, ex. Sams, Costco, you know. And to answer your question, your mass will stay if you keep training natural. Yes, he will get more gains and probally quicker gains than you. It just depends if he will keep his gains based on his pct (if he even uses it) and his diet. He will loose some gains after coming off, but that is inevitable, using a good pct will help keep these losses to a minimum.

So it sounds as though I am doing the right thing.... I'm just gonna have to spend more money on food and other supplements to help me more than AAS. Does anyone have any other ideas regarding helping me hit that magic number of 315 on bench and I'd really like to squat like 405 by december. I know train harder.....Eat more..........And don't puss out. Anyways I just wanted to get someones opionion that dosen't justrely on AAS to get what they need. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. I've got the drive and determination as well as the money to back it. I just want the shortest path. Any good supplements that I'm not already taking.............. And don't say raw egg whites after working out. I'm already doing drinking one carton per night !! See....... I'm tryin

It's a slow process man. All I can really say is train your ass off and eat. Give us an example of your current diet and I'm sure we can help you out.

K here we go
5:00 am one cup plain oats w/ one cup OJ
7:30 am one cup cottage cheese w/ 8 hardboiled egg whites
10:00 am Meat (either a lean ground beef or chicken) 1/2-1 lb w/ protein shake (mixed w/ water)
12:30 pm one cup lettuce w/ carrots and italian dressing (fat free) w/ creatine shake
3:00 pm another portion of meat 1 lb usually chicken or fish w/ another protein shake (mixed with water)
5:30 pm protein bar (low carb)
6:15 pm two scoops of no-explode with water
7:00 pm I at the gym for about one and one half hours
9:30 pm final meal. This is kinda a lil sparatic. I eat some carns as well as another pund of meat. Depending on what the wife cooks. Drink another creatine shake and follow that up with a carton of egg whites before bed.
GO to bed at approx 10:00 then get up and do it all again.
This is an everyday routine. No off days seven days per week 365 per year. Even the same when I take vacations.
Now here's my routine
Monday is Chest
Tuesday is Back
Wednesday is legs
Thursday is shoulders
and Friday is Arms
I do abs ond legs again on sat and cardio on Sun (it's way over rated)
Hope this helps

Like Palmatto said, you can still make a lot of gains naturally given your limited time in the gym. 14 months may seem like a long time but really it's nothing. I would give it at least a few years before considering anabolics.
