Hey Guys!Havn't been on the board for a while hope everyone is doing good!

I'm almost at two months of my Sustanon only cycle injecting 250mg. three
times a week for a total of 750mg.by weekend. So far I've made some excellent
gains in muscle mass gaining 20 pounds with absolutely no fat gains! In fact
I've lost a ton of fat since starting!Strength has sky rocketed on all lifts which
is awesome because I was stuck on the same poundages for months!I'm
eating 6 meals a day, mainly ALOT of protein 300 grams a day with very minimal
carbs only going as high as 200 grams on workout days.So far I am EXTREMLY
happy with the results especially since I've always been a hardgainer!
I got a lttle over three more weeks to go to finish this being my first cycle ever.
For PCT I'm probably going with Nolvadex-Anabolic Extreme PCT and Retain, and
I will start taking high dosages of Creatine Monohydrate stacked with Syntrax's
Swolen right after my last injection.Diet wise I will add a protein meal after the
cycle is over also and hopefully I will keep ALL my gains that I've worked so
HARD! for over the past months!

Diesel thanks, yeah I know I should eat some more but I don't want to go over 6 meals a day or increase carbs cause I tend to put on fat easy.As soon as I'm done with my cycle I'm gonna bump up my protein so I don't lose any size that I gained.Robcardu thanks bro much appreciated.God Bless!

If your total calories are too low, I think you might have major problems post-cycle. I would bump up the calories post-cycle to endure that you keep your gains, and go to a lower volume workout to avoid overtraining once you're off the juice. Just my two cents, someone with more experience on post-cycle protocol can probably tell you more

Front Row thanks for the advices you gave me will do!This has been the diet I have been following since I started this cycle;

Meal 1)Beverly Ultra-Size Shake(3scoops with two cups of milk)2-Tablespoons
peanut butter+1 Cup dry Oatmeal with water.

Meal 2)Ground Beef (about 3 hamburgers)1-Cup dry Oatmeal with water.

Meal 3)3-Whole Eggs +8 Egg Whites Large Salad+Steamed Broccoli

Meal 4)Two large cans Tuna Fish with Salsa(1gram of sugar)Steamed Broccoli

Meal 5)1 and a half cups of Cottage Cheese

Meal 6)Before Bed-Ultra-Size Shake(3 scoops with water)

On workout days I take in an extra 50grams of carbs before workout and around 70 grams (Beverly Mass Maker)Post workout.Only on workout days do I up my carbs because of my slow metabolism and sensitive to carbs.
I have to tell you that before I started this cycle I NEVER ate this much food maybe 4 meals.I take Greens Plus(Multi)+Extra Vitamin C (4Grams a day).
Please let me know what you guys think about this diet and critique if needed!

Are your "Ultra-Size" brand scoops a weight gainer? I don't know that brand. I would agree that it's not enough calories if its just a straight protein powder, but some of those weight gainers can be 1,000 calories a serving.
Definitely not enough meals though, try to spread it out into 6-8 rations if you can.

if i were you I would still stick to solid foods, don't rely on liquid stuff. If I were to run a cycle at 750mg I would probably aim for 500g of protein and 700g of carbs. That right there is 4,800 calories and I'm sure w/ fats and what not you would probably hit the mid 5000 calorie range. You could even go higher w/ the protein and carbs....just my 2 cents

Actually, if you're getting an extra 120 grams of carbs on workout days, I think you might be okay right now. I would add one more meal and have it last thing. The weight gainer has to be a lot of simple carbs as well as whey complex or isolate, so it's not a good choice before bed. Try moving it up a bit, and make meal 7 either fat free cottage cheese or dry curd fat free cottage cheese. The dry curd is 22 grams protein, 0.5 fat, and about 3 carbs or so. The key to it is that its casein rather than whey (remember the nursery rhyme "little miss muffet...eating her curds and whey). The casein is very slow digesting, giving you a steady supply all night. You can also get casein powder and make shakes. Not a good post workout shake though, too slow.
